► I will keep you updated for every phase of the process.

► My logo, that you must not remove will be in all of the artwork, however I will make it inconspicuous enough to not detract from the artwork.
► You will receive the final artwork in a digital format, meaning you will not receive any physical copy of the artwork whatsoever.
- - -► My work rates change depending on the job's complexity and time for me to finish.
► If you are a small indie creator or someone who just wants the commission for personal use, then my work rates can be adjusted to your budget. Just tell me the situation and I can make the necessary calculations.
Payment is upfront, whether paid in full or in halves, through Paypal, Ko-Fi, or Artistree in US Dollars($). If payment is to be halved, the remaining amount must be paid before I deliver to you the final artwork and no later.
► We can also arrange a schedule of payment if you like.

- - -Some of my terms and work rates can be changed and negotiated with after we discuss them thoroughly.

Short summary excerpt of my full artist's terms & conditions. I'll of course give you a copy before we move forward.

work process

Please be forewarned when you communicate with me. I have a tendency to use straight-forward language because I think it's the most efficient way to get what I mean through. However that doesn't mean I will use rude language with you. I'm aware of how my choice of words or phrasing can be interpreted as blunt or odd. Text channels are not ideal in transmitting tone and affect, and English is not my first langauge. Rest assured if I am confused or if there's a problem I'm facing, I'd rather talk it out with with you so that we can move forward with a rational solution. I'm fine with clarifying any misgivings my words come across to you. Kind begets kind and please remember you're talking to a human being too.= = =(I) I contact you back as soon as I receive your request form and then we start discussing the terms and specifics of the commission. Here is a list of questions I'll ask you about the commission if you haven't provided me it beforehand. Whether you use my request links or not, I always confirm the details with you before I send you the invoice.(II) Depending on the amount of the commission order, I may or may not send you our custom contract draft to finalise the terms we discuss. You do not have to worry about being scammed out of your intellectual property, I am very transparent with my terms and I can clarify any vague statements that aren't clear enough (I do this for the love of collaboration and the need for honest clean money). After we agree on our terms by signing, contract or none, I will be the one to send you the invoice with an attached copy of the signed contract or list of terms for your own reference. Feel free to make sure everything is in order before paying anything, I'll gladly correct any typos or errors for you.(III) When payment is received, I send you a confirmation of it and a date of when to expect the first round of sketches of the commission. This first round of sketches marks the first stage of reviews we'll be going through before the final stage: revision. During review and revision stages, I encourage you to tell me any of your edit suggestions regarding the commission. There might come a time where we butt-heads about an edit, it's only because I'm thinking what's best for the artwork. If I fail in convinving you, I can deal with a compromise since this is your commission.Review vs Revision: or the way I refer to these terms. "Revision" is reserved for the last stage before I send you the completed art commission; "Review" is the in between milestone stages.(IV) After I'm done with the revision I will send you the artwork for final approval (it'll have a faint watermark and in a slightly smaller resolution). When you give me the "go", then I'll deliver the final version of the commissioned artwork in its intended size and quality. For scheduled or halved payments, I will send the invoice after the final approval version. And when I confirm the final invoice is paid then I'll deliver the commissioned artwork to you.● Please note that after I deliver the artwork to you, whether you used up your revision privileges or not, if you request for major revisions at this point then this will result to an Additional Revision fee which is paid per round. Worry not, this doesn't have to happen as long as you communicate with me during the review and revision stages while the commission is still ongoing. I highly encourage open and transparent communication with you.● In the chance that the additional revision post-delivery is very minor, then it's possible I'll do it for you free of charge. It depends how you approach me about it.

Above is how the process can go smoothly. Depending on how complex the commission will be, the steps can increase or decrease. Not to worry: I will always notify you about changes in the process and when to expect updates. As an addition to my "forewarning" (urged by my experience with a former buyer): I am NOT advertising commissions to scam people out of their Intellectual Property (IP) and money. I do this first for my own enjoyment of collaborating. Like you, I'm also a creator and I can absolutely empathise with how one can be protective of one's IP so rest assured I have no intentions nor interest in stealing your IP. But please give credit where credit is due. My work rates and terms are decided the way they are because I value my time I took to hone my skills with the craft. I can perfectly understand why one would want to negotiate with my terms and work rates. If this need ever arises: we can negotiate like adults: transparent, solution-focused, and polite.
